  • A Job Seeker represents any person who registers to look for employment opportunities
  • A Subscription represents a paid plan which includes Basic Standard and Premium options to access platform features.
  • Any person who registers on the Platform as an Employer or Job Seeker becomes a User.
  • All text and data together with profiles and CVs and job posts and other materials that users upload to the Platform make up the Content.

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Account means the user profile created by Employers or Job Seekers.
  • Content means all material uploaded, posted, or transmitted via the Platform.
  • Employer means a business or individual using the Platform to advertise job vacancies.
  • Job Seeker means an individual using the Platform to search and apply for jobs.
  • Services means all services provided through the Platform, including subscription features.
  • Subscription means a paid plan providing enhanced features.
  • User means any person or entity using the Platform.
  • We/Us/Our refers to Winngoo UK Ltd.
  • You/Your refers to any User of the Platform

3. Eligibility:

4. Account Registration:

4.1 Users must register an account with accurate information to access Platform services.

4.2 You hold full responsibility for protecting your login information while being accountable for everything done through your account.

4.3 We maintain authority to either suspend or terminate accounts which break these Terms.

5.1 The Platform enables Employers to publish job openings while Job Seekers use it to submit applications for available positions.

6.Subscription:

services come with different payment options, The subscription plans include the following tiers:

  • Basic subscription costs £10 monthly
  • The Standard subscription is priced at £20 monthly
  • The Premium subscription costs £30 per month.

Payment collection occurs during the subscription period while the plan will automatically renew if not terminated by the user.

Refunds are given only when the law in the UK demands them.

We possess the ability to modify subscription prices after providing advance warning to users.

7.User Content:

Users maintain ownership rights of their Content yet provide us an unrestricted worldwide licensing agreement to host and display and share Content for Platform-related activities.

The responsibility for legal and accurate and non-infringing Content rests exclusively with users.

We maintain the authority to delete any Content which violates the law or presents false information or inappropriate content.

8. Employer Obligations:

Employers agree to:

- Ensure all job postings are genuine, lawful, and non-discriminatory.

- Not publish misleading information regarding roles, salaries, or benefits.

- Comply with UK employment and data protection laws.

- Not demand payments from Job Seekers as a condition of employment.

9. Job Seeker Obligations:

Job Seekers agree to:

- Provide accurate information in CVs, profiles, and applications.

- Not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications.

- Use the Platform solely for lawful job-seeking purposes.

10.Prohibited Conduct:

Users commit to the following restrictions:

- Mislead others about identity information or educational background or group memberships.

- The Platform accepts no offensive discriminatory or illegal content.

- The Platform usage must not include any unapproved or deceptive activities.

- Platform security and functionality should not be tampered with by any user.

11. Intellectual Property:

11.1 Winngoo UK Ltd maintains full ownership rights of all intellectual property contained within the Platform including software components and branding elements and design elements.

11.2 Users cannot duplicate or alter or share Platform content without getting prior authorization.

11.3 We may remove Content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

11.4 The Platform (software, branding, logos, and design) is the intellectual property of Winngoo UK Ltd and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior consent.

12. Limitation of Liability:

12.1 The Platform functions under a "as is" basis which does not guarantee precise information or complete availability or uninterrupted service.

12.2 We are not responsible for:

- Any issues that arise from employment contracts or disputes between employers and job seekers.

- Any events that result in indirect or consequential losses.

12.3 These Terms do not restrict liability in situations involving death or personal injury or fraud.

13. Third-Party Services:

The Platform might hook up with or work with other services out there.

18. Termination:

18.1 Users have the right to shut down their accounts whenever they want.

19. Limitation of Liability:
